In appropriate cases, we can represent you during the initial appeal phase in disputes with the tax authorities. If this does not lead to an acceptable result, we can handle the appeal to the court, a possible appeal to the court of appeal, or the appeal to the Dutch Supreme Court and European Court of Justice.
